A new step for Hoi Polloi
We are opening a performance space, in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn! The space is called JACK — named after Artistic Director Alec Duffy’s grandfather, Jack Duffy, who combined a passion for community (in his work as a minister) with a deep love of theater. The site is a former garage, right around the corner from the Clinton-Washington stop on the C train, at 507 Waverly Ave between Fulton and Atlantic. JACK will serve as a home for Hoi Polloi, but also for other theater companies, musicians and artists. We’ll open in May and have our first production in July. More details soon…
